GetInfo

Returns information about a campaign. Parameters:

user_key - the user's key
campaign_id - the campaign's id

Optional parameters:

none

Returns:

id - the campaign's id
client_id - the client's id owning the campaign
name - the campaign's name
status - the campaign's status; it can be one of the following options:
- ongoing
- closed
- deleted
created_on - the date when the campaing was created
closed_on - the date when the campaign was closed; if the campaign is not closed, this must be ignored
