SuppressionList

• The new SuppressionList Class is introduced

• added record_key parameter

List.UpdateRecord

• added record_key parameter

List.TestSublist

• due to a bug in the XML structure, the records are now reported as <data type="field">value</data> instead of <field>value</field>
• the old format is still kept for the compatibility with one exception: the fields which start with a digit are not reported the next release will not keep this format anymore
