SetInfo

Modifies a group. Parameters:

user_key
group_id

Optional parameters:

client_id - if not specified, the client_id will be chosen from the database using user_key
name
data - an array of permissions; the persmission is specified in the option type; the possible values are 0 and 1

Returns:

nothing
