Modifies the structure of a list. Parameters:

user_key
list_id
action - it can be one of the following:
- add
- delete
field

Optional parameters:

type - used only for the action add

text
integer
timestamp (format is 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS')

Returns:

nothing
