SubscribeEmail

Subscribes an email into a list.
This function, by default, activates the opt-in and douopt-in triggers.
Important: before using this function, the list's policy must be accepted otherwise an error will occur! Parameters:

user_key
list_id
email

Optional parameters:

no_triggers - when set to true, the douopt-in triggers are ignored (useful for list import)
an array with custom fields

Returns:

record_id - the id of the newly subscribed email
