All our servers are either under a load balancing system or a high availability system. Any of them can go down without causing any interruption of business.

The CakeMail tasks are distributed across multiple, dedicated, servers including:

  • Firewall servers
  • Web servers (host our websites)
  • Interface Web servers (host our client's re-branded interfaces)
  • API servers (receives API calls)
  • Mail/merge servers (generates personalized emails)
  • MTA servers (relays emails to ISPs)
  • Tracking servers (records opens, clicks, forwards)
  • Database servers (stores data)
