Add A Subscription Form to Your Website

By February 14, 2011 One Comment

Our technical support specialist Andrea (@dreasaez on twitter) is our resident how-to expert. Once in a while she’ll be sharing some of her “how do I…” tips and tricks here. This week’s post is all about making it easy for people to subscribe to your mailing list.

CakeMail lets you easily add a subscription form for a contact list directly to your website.

To get started, view the contact list you want to add a subscription form for by going to the Contact List tab in your CakeMail account. Hover your mouse over the desired list and click on View List

Click on List Settings on the left-hand menu and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you’ll see the  Integrate with your Website option.

Hover your mouse over Subscription Form.

Click Get Subscription Form HTML Code to get the code you’ll need to add to your site to embed the subscription form for this list. Copy this code and paste it into your website, and just like that, you’ve made it easy for people to sign up to receive your emails!

You can also view this how-to guide (and many others) in our support knowledge base.
