Boston, MA, USA — CakeMail Inc., a leading provider of email marketing software for small businesses today announced it has partnered with Parallels, the leader in hosting and cloud services enablement, to make their in-demand application available to the Parallels Automation global customer base. This announcement was made today at HostingCon, an event that attracts a global audience of more than 1,500 leading participants from across the cloud-services and hosting industry.

CakeMail has integrated its email marketing software as a service with Parallels Automation and Plesk through an APS-certified package, providing Parallels Automation and Plesk customers the opportunity to launch a premium email marketing service into their customer base. CakeMail is an easy-to-use email marketing software for small businesses that allows customers to build and send professional-looking email campaigns in minutes and track their results. By offering a hosted service, there is no need for Parallels Automation and Plesk partners to provide or maintain infrastructure related to the CakeMail product, which eliminates maintenance requirements and delivery headaches while increasing the communications tools available to their SMB customers.

“We’re thrilled to be able to offer CakeMail to small businesses through the Parallels Automation platform,” said Francois Lane, CakeMail CEO and co-founder. “As more and more businesses adopt cloud services and use platforms like Parallels Automation to drive their business, it was apparent that making CakeMail available with the other offerings Parallels service partners can provide is essential, in particular for our customers in the Hosting industry.”

“The strong demand for SMB cloud services in the marketplace today, along with broadening accessibility of applications like CakeMail through software and systems such as Parallels Automation, adds significant value for Service Providers and the SMBs that are seeking a diverse cloud services portfolio,” said John Zanni, Vice President of Service Provider Marketing and Alliances at Parallels. “CakeMail’s new integration within the APS ecosystem and Parallels Automation demonstrates our ongoing commitment to offer service providers unique, bundled cloud services that help their SMB customers succeed.”
