Email campaign builder

The campaign builder allows you to add and remove sections from your email with ease, set a color scheme, edit plain-text, use advanced HTML modes, and test your campaign all from a single window.

Note: All changes are saved every two minutes.


Content sections include a variety of components: standalone images, image + text, standalone text or more interactive elements like QR codesGoogle Maps and social media elements.

To add a section to your email, click on the thumbnail of the appropriate section. This will automatically add it to the bottom of the email.

Move / Remove
To reposition or remove a section of the email, hover over the section to activate the positioning menu. To move a section up or down within the template, click the arrows until you reach the desired location. To remove a section, simply click on the trash icon.

To edit a section, hover over the section you want to edit to bring up the Edit button. By clicking on it, the edit menu will appear on the left side. Remember to save your changes!

Set colors

Here you can define the colors that appear in your email – campaign background, title, link, text, and content background.

  • Click on Change colors under the Choose color scheme option to display the menu.
  • Choose the color bar of each option to display the color palette. You can see the color changes in real time on your email and in the color palette, as well as the colors used previously, which makes the comparison between the versions easier.

Edit the text version

The text version of your email is displayed when subscribers can not view the HTML content of your campaign. You can manually add text or click Automatic Generation for the system to do it for you (it may be necessary to reformat). Remember to press Save to save your changes.

Auto Backup is now enabled for all campaigns edited with the new publisher. Read more about automatic backup and playback of previous versions.

Enter an advanced editing mode

Advanced editing mode allows you to view and edit HTML source code, and edit your email campaigns in WYSIWYG mode. Use of HTML mode is recommended for advanced users only. Templates are tested to work in all email readers. By modifying the code, we can not guarantee the correct functioning of the templates.

Using the WYSIWYG will change the editing screen. You will not be able to use the content sections available in the basic editor.

When you change to one of these two editing modes, it is no longer possible to return to the editor screen. If you are an advanced user and would like to work in HTML mode only, click the box to always use the default HTML source code mode in this campaign.

Test the campaign

You can send a test email to preview your campaign.

If you would like to receive test versions of your HTML and text emails, click on the box with this option. Otherwise, they will be sent in a single, merged email (in this case, you will most likely see only the HTML version in your inbox).
