The engagement rate of your lists is based on the percentage of opens and clicks per campaign over the last six months. This stat lets you have an idea of how well your campaigns are doing and add room for improvement.

Engagement is automatically calculated and will appear (as stars) to the right of the list name. You’ll also see the average engagement of all your lists on the stats on the top in your the Contact lists section.

What it means for you

A list with a high level of engagement shows your recipients are interested in what you are sending them. If your engagement is low, you should consider different strategies to boost your open and click rates.

Your Sender reputation is affected by engagement and by the number of complaints and bounces you generate.
