How do I add more users to my account, or modify an existing user permissions?

You may edit permissions for a user and grant/remove administrator access in your CakeMail account.

To add a new user

  • Click on Create New User on the User menu of your Settings tab.
  • Enter the user’s details, including first and last name, email address and timezone.
  • Select user permissions. You may choose from View Only, View and Manage, or give them Administrator rights (which means they can access anything in the system without any restrictions)
  • Click Save to complete the changes

To modify an existing user

  • Click on the Settings tab > Users. Hover your mouse over the user you wish to edit settings for and click on Edit Permissions
  • Edit the permissions available: You may choose from View Only, View and Manage, or give them Administratorrights (which means they can access anything in the system without any restrictions)

  • Click Save to complete the changes
