Reset password

If you forget your password, the easiest way to reset it is by visiting the Cakemail login page. You can always contact us at support@cakemail.com if you are having issues.

Validate your email

It is important to validate your email: if this step is not done, you won’t be able to send any emails to your subscribers. This is the first step into using your account. The validation email will be sent to the email address used when creating the account.

If you haven’t received it, you should check in your spam or junk folder. If nothing seems to arrive, we suggest you contact support @ support@cakemail.com

Can’t have more than 1 account

As per our terms of use,  only one account per customer can be created. Any duplicates will be deleted by the system.

If ever  you are locked out of your account, contact customer support and we will help you reactive the right account.
