Profile Information

Update personal information such as account name, company name and your timezone. To update Company Information you need to hover over your profile image and account name. Select Settings and then Edit information under the personal information sectionYou will be able to change the name of your user / account name, password, your timezone, etc.

Please note that changing the timezone is very important if you will be scheduling campaigns in advance. Also timezones apply to your user in the company account. This way if you have many users using the same account living in different places, they will be able to select their own timezone.

Change profile image

To change your profile image, click on Change image. Profile images should be less than 2048px and be either .jpg, .jpeg, .png format. Please note that the profile image doesn’t appear anywhere other than within your account.

Delete profile image

To delete the profile image click on  Delete Image. Please note that the profile image will be replaced by the account name’s initials. Please note that the profile image doesn’t appear anywhere other than within your account.

Change email login

To change your login information click on Edit information. This will allow you to change the email you use to log into your Cakemail account.

Change password

To change your password click on Change password on the settings page. This will allow you to edit and save your new password.

Manage contacts

To add contacts to your account, you can click on manage beside contact in settings. You can also click on Contacts in the main menu of Cakemail.

Upgrade your plan

To upgrade your account click on upgrade your plan. This will allow you to see our pricing according to the different plans we offer. Cakemail is a contact base pricing. Please note that annual plans are also offered. Contact support@cakemail.com for more information.

View current usage

To view your current account usage, hover over your profile image on the top right corner in your account or scroll to the bottom of the settings page. This will allow you to see how many emails have been sent in your month and how many contacts you have in your account.

View payment history

The payment history in the settings page will allow you to see the previous dates and amounts of your invoice.

To hide the Cakemail logo on your campaigns, you can click on the hide button at the bottom of the settings page or upgrade to a paying plan.

Timezones

To update the timezone for your user you need to hover over your profile image and account name. Select Settings and then Edit information under the personal information section. You will be able to change your timezone.
