To view campaign stats you need to click on sent and the then on the campaign you have sent. A new page will open which will give you information pertinent to the campaign such as:
- Open rates
- Click rates
- Spam and so much more!!
In this section, you will see one type of open, but 2 different types of clicks. When a campaign is open, it means people can click on links afterwards.
Click on sent is the amount of people that click on the total amount of sent.
Click on open is the total amount of click on the total amount of open.
A campaign was sent to 196 contacts.
47 people opened it : the open rate is 24% (47/196)
10 people clicked the in the campaign
click on sent: 10 rate is 5% (10/196)
click on open: 10: rate is 21% (10/47)
If you can’t remember which segment the campaign was sent to, you can just select the campaign in question and click on the number of contacts it was sent to. When you do this, the system redirects you to the appropriate segment.
To duplicate a campaign you need to click on the sent tab, find the right campaign and click on it. You will then see a small plus button on the top right. This will allow you to duplicate the campaign exactly like it is.
The activity graph give you a quick preview on the open rates. You will see that as time progresses the open rate goes down. This is normal as the biggest open rates comes soon after sending an email.
The detailed statistics is where you want to go when you want precise information on your campaign. This will give you numbers and list of the people who have either clicked, bounced, unsubscribes or opened your email.
