This licence has been retired.
Cakemail no longer publishes a separate Application License. Your use of the Cakemail platform, its applications and its API is governed by the Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, the Anti-Spam Policy and, where it applies, the Data Processing Addendum.
If you received rights under the earlier Application License and you rely on them, write to privacy@cakemail.com and we will confirm your position in writing.
